Welcome to Mazly. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mazly website, apps and services (the "Service"), operated by Shahaf Shukrun, Israel ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Mazly lets hosts design digital invitations, manage guest lists and collect RSVPs for any kind of celebration. The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages ("spam") or to violate the Israeli Spam Law (Amendment 40 to the Communications Law) or equivalent laws in your recipients' jurisdictions;
- upload illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, infringing or sexually explicit content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- attempt to breach security, probe, scan, reverse-engineer or overload the Service;
- use the Service to collect personal data of people without a legitimate basis and their prior permission.
4. Host responsibility for guest data
If you add guests to Mazly, you warrant that you have the right and permission to contact each guest at the phone number, email or other channel you use. You are the controller of your guest list; Mazly is a processor acting on your instructions. You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of your invitations and communications with your guests, including any WhatsApp messages you send using our compose helper.
5. Your content
You retain all rights in the event content, invitation designs, images and guest data you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Mazly a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you.
6. Our platform
The Mazly name, logo, code, templates, decorative artwork and interface are our property or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, rebrand or offer the Service as your own.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if the Service is discontinued. On termination, Your Content is deleted subject to the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without any warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, delivery of RSVPs, correctness of data entered by users, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mazly and its operator will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Israeli law (including under the Consumer Protection Law).
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
